This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs the delivery of food and related services provided by ShuddhaVigraha Restaurants Private Limited (“ShuddhaVigraha”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through our restaurant, website, mobile application, or direct communication channels.

By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

    1. Service Area

    We currently offer delivery services within selected locations in and around Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, subject to operational feasibility, delivery partner availability, and distance from our outlet.

    Delivery coverage may be modified, expanded, or restricted at our discretion without prior notice.

    2. Order Processing

  • All orders are prepared fresh upon confirmation.

  • Order acceptance is subject to availability of ingredients, operational capacity, and confirmation of delivery details.

  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled except as permitted under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

    3. Delivery Timelines

    Estimated delivery times are communicated at the time of order placement. These timelines are indicative and may vary due to:

  • Traffic conditions

  • Weather conditions

  • Order volume

  • Distance from the restaurant

  • Unforeseen operational delays

  • ShuddhaVigraha shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

    4. Delivery Method

    Orders may be delivered through:

  • In-house delivery personnel, or

  • Authorized third-party delivery partners

  • All deliveries are handled in compliance with food safety and hygiene standards to ensure quality and freshness at the time of dispatch.

    5. Delivery Charges

  • Delivery charges, if applicable, will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

  • WCharges may vary based on distance, order value, or promotional offers.

  • Any applicable taxes shall be charged as per prevailing laws.

    6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Deliveries

    Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being available to receive the order.

    In cases where delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Non-availability of the customer

  • Inability to contact the customer

  • the order may be cancelled without refund, at our discretion.

    7. Order Verification & Acceptance

    Customers are requested to verify the order at the time of delivery. Any discrepancies must be reported immediately upon receipt.

    Once the order has been accepted by the customer, it shall be deemed as delivered correctly.

    8. No Shipping Outside Food Delivery

    ShuddhaVigraha does not currently ship physical goods, packaged products, or merchandise through courier or postal services. This policy applies strictly to prepared food delivery services.

    9. Force Majeure

    We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in delivery due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, technical failures, or public emergencies.

    10. Policy Modifications

    We reserve the right to amend or update this Shipping & Delivery Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on our website and shall be effective immediately upon posting.
