By placing an order, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms stated herein.

PART A: TERMS & CONDITIONS

ShuddhaVigraha operates as a restaurant offering dine-in, takeaway, and food delivery services. All services are subject to availability, operational feasibility, and acceptance by ShuddhaVigraha.

We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, in accordance with applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that you are:

• At least 18 years of age, and

• Legally capable of entering into binding agreements

3. Orders & Acceptance

• Orders placed through our website, app, phone, or messaging platforms are subject to confirmation.

• Once confirmed, orders are considered final and binding.

• Prices, menu items, and availability may change without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).

• Applicable taxes and delivery charges (if any) will be communicated before order confirmation.

• ShuddhaVigraha reserves the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by such errors.

5. Food Quality & Consumption

Our food is freshly prepared and intended for immediate consumption. Customers are advised to consume food promptly upon delivery. ShuddhaVigraha shall not be responsible for quality issues arising due to delayed consumption or improper storage after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and platforms, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the exclusive property of ShuddhaVigraha and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

PART B: CANCELLATION POLICY

7. Order Cancellation by Customer

• Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled, as food preparation begins immediately.

• Cancellation requests after confirmation are not guaranteed and are subject to our sole discretion.

8. Cancellation by ShuddhaVigraha

We reserve the right to cancel an order in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Unavailability of items or ingredients

• Operational constraints

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery details

• Force majeure events

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed as per Section 10.

PART C: REFUND POLICY

9. No-Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of food, returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.

10. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

• Wrong item delivered

• Missing items in the order

• Order cancelled by ShuddhaVigraha

• Proven quality issues reported immediately upon delivery

All refund decisions are subject to verification and approval by ShuddhaVigraha.

11. Refund Process & Timeline

• Approved refunds will be processed using the original mode of payment.

• Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider or bank, typically within 5–10 working days.

• ShuddhaVigraha shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.

PART D: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12. Service Limitations

While we strive for excellence, ShuddhaVigraha shall not be liable for:

• Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party delivery partners

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Issues arising from incorrect customer information

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

PART E: FORCE MAJEURE

13. Events Beyond Control

ShuddhaVigraha shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or technical failures.

PART F: GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

14. Legal Jurisdiction

This document shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu.
